Customer services is supposed to be free for all the customer, this is still a fact for Dell, but if you want good customer service from them you would have to pay extra monthly fees just to access to their United States-based customer service representatives. You would need to pay about 12.95 for Dell account which is about a hundred dollars a year. They still have the free customer service but if you don't have the account, then you will be redirected to call center from the Philippines or India. The company guarantees that you just have to wait for two minutes or less when calling these American agents.
