DNA is much like fingerprints. It could be used to pinpoint an individual or the owner of the genetic code. Just like in movie Gataca, do you think the government should keep DNA databases and the main means to identify individuals. In US and United Kingdom, there are already dedicated government bodies for this cause. The DNA database are currently being used to solve crime and aid investigation.
