The Recording Industry Association of America has a new tactic to leash those heavy sharers who ignore warning to stop the illegal file sharing of the copyrighted music. They've made agreement to ISPs to discipline these alleged law-breakers.
Wall Street Journal Reports that RIAA will send a letter to an ISP in which a user is believed to be committing the prohibited sharing. The would either send a warning or forward the letter to the alleged user. If the user ignore the warning, the ISP can either terminate the service or make it slower
