visit the ancient world from within the confines of one's classroom

Ancient Egyptian sites that are being mapped with GPS, as well as imagery, is going to literally enhance the way that the people of the world looks at and ultimately, the way the world researches history.

This is truly an unimaginable reality that is soon to befall upon us. As a child, the subject of history in itself would have been much more interesting and captivating if one were to actually see the Sphinx and the Pyramids of Egypt in live view.

Ancient architectures and artifacts could be viewed from one's seat in a classroom due to these new realizations.
