Microsofts Urgent Security Update: Vulnerabilty or Strength?

Security is a major factor that is considered by network administrators, technical people, and end consumers alike in an operating system and Microsoft's XP and Vista has not won the hearts the most of these individuals in terms of these service. Even so the computer giant are still coping up and dealing with these bugs by making constant updates and bug fixes.
