Employees and the manpower they yield are essential to the success of large technical companies. One group dared to dig a little deeper amongst two of the most common and maybe competing jobs of computer companies, the geeks and the geniuses. Geeks or Geek Squads work at Best Buy's providing computer support services while Mac Geniuses are specially trained and certified to help its costumers with their Apple hardware and software issues.
