THE MOST PRACTICAL AND STABLE METHOD HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED WITH WATER COOLING, BUT WITH OTHER ELEMENTS SUCH AS DRY ICE AND LIQUID NITROGEN ONE CAN REALLY PUSH COMPUTERS TO THERE LIMITS.
