New version of Internet Explorer Vs the Old one.

There was an article " should your design support I.E -6"? A very interesting article which throws light open a few things. Such as even though the Microsoft has released new version of Internet Explorer the new one being 9; people still tend to use IE 6; it might be because it was already there in their operating system they dint bother to upgrade or are ignorant about the new versions.
