There will a dedicated time for Nintendo in E3 where they will be announcing some of the new features of the Wii Remote(Wiimote), and the new WiiMotion Plus attachments that snaps onto the bottom of like the nunchucks. The WiiMotion Plus will increase its ability to sense motion that will be more useful for sporting games like tennis and golf.
